Full Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst role is designated to support the growth of our expanding business units providing strategic financial direction.

What you'll do:
  • Reporting & Insights: Collaborate with senior leaders and their leadership teams to ensure all reporting and analytics are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide superior analytical and business support to the Global Service & Delivery business unit to ensure they are equipped with insight and analysis to support investments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data, automate data extraction, and develop new metrics.
  • Reporting infrastructure: Design and develop reports/dashboards using the data visualization tools and conduct data analysis to support business decision making.
  • Business Partnership: Partner cross-functionally with Global Service & Delivery leadership, HR, Recruiting, and Finance teams to support workforce planning, expense management, and overall business performance.


What you'll need:
  • 4+ years working for a large organization delivering data insights/business analysis.
  • Master's degree with a concentration in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or Statistics, or similar area is required.
  • Experience in business partnering and executive communication.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and developing dashboards using self-service analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) is required.
  • Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
  • Experience with scripting and data analysis languages, such as Python and R is a plus.
