WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will be a part of the Finance Operations Team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Finance Operations Governance, Performance and Enablement. This role will be supporting the Finance Operations organization and is a key member of the Finance Operations Governance team.

You will partner closely with Finance Operations leaders, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Legal, Global Process Owners, managed service providers, and cross-functional business partners to drive financial stewardship, vendor governance, performance reporting, and operational excellence across Finance Operations.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Accounting, Vendor Management, or Operational Finance
  • Strong financial management, forecasting, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret contracts, commercial agreements, and financial schedules
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and control mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting and analytics tools
  • Curiosity, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will support Finance Operations governance activities that ensure strong financial controls, vendor accountability, operational performance, and transparency across the organization.

You will partner across functions to deliver results in key areas including:
  • Vendor governance, contract management, and commercial schedule administration
  • Project Work Order (PWO) governance, spend management, and financial oversight
  • Monthly invoice review, reconciliation, accruals, and financial controls
  • Annual operating planning, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Headcount governance, workforce reporting, and capacity tracking
  • KPI development, SLA monitoring, scorecards, and performance reporting
  • Monthly and quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, and governance forums
  • Governance dashboards, reporting automation, and data management
  • Stakeholder surveys, insights analysis, and service performance measurement
  • Risk identification, issue escalation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action tracking


Additionally, you will serve as a key Finance Operations partner by helping align financial management, vendor performance, governance processes, and operational outcomes. You will drive accountability, improve transparency, and support data-driven decision-making that enables Finance Operations to deliver consistent, high-quality services across Nike.
