Full Job Description
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how Free Cash Flow (FCF) is understood, analyzed, and communicated across NBCUniversal's Filmed Entertainment segment. You'll partner across teams, influence decision-making, and gain exposure to senior leadership while operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with meaningful opportunities for growth. Here you can: • Lead the consolidation, analysis, and storytelling of Filmed Entertainment's Free Cash Flow across core deliverables, including business unit pacing and close cycles • Deliver the weekly 13-week domestic liquidity forecast to NBCU Corporate Treasury, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting • Own Studios CAPEX consolidation and analysis at the project level across Actuals, Forecasts, Budget, and Long-Range Plan • Produce by-title cash reporting for current and upcoming releases, providing key insights that inform weekly pacing and executive presentations • Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support related to Free Cash Flow performance • Contribute to major planning cycles (Long Range Plan, Budget) by supporting consolidation, reporting, and executive-ready presentations for Studios leadership and Corporate stakeholders • Support pacing, budgeting, forecasting, and close activities for the Film HQ business unit • Analyze variances during quarter close and planning cycles to help identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Help manage the FP&A calendar and support global communications across the team • Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison for the Film FCF reporting system, partnering with business units to ensure effective use • Manage administrative needs for FP&A systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Enhance and maintain FCF reporting tools and processes to improve insights and usability • Contribute to ad hoc analyses and presentations that support key business priorities Qualifications What you'll bring: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting within the entertainment industry, including familiarity with film accounting • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP • Ability to coordinate across teams and support multiple business units effectively • Well-developed strategic thinking, financial acumen, and relationship-building skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to build and deliver impactful presentations • Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed What sets you apart: • You take initiative and proactively drive projects forward • You're able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines • You approach work with curiosity and think critically about how processes connect • You bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to problem-solving • You have a genuine interest in systems, tools, and process improvement • You demonstrate accountability and follow-through in your work Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
