Full Job Description
You Will:
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
  • Manage monthly and quarterly expense forecasting, annual planning, and long-range financial projections for assigned business units
  • Develop and maintain key financial metrics and reports to track performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains
  • Provide analytical support to business partners, helping to uncover areas of opportunity and influence strategic direction
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and forecasting capabilities, ensuring scalability and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects and analyses, adding value through financial expertise
Your Team Will:
Reporting to the Director of Expense FP&A, you will be a trusted member of the FP&A team of a high-energy, rapidly growing company. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with leadership teams to oversee expense management and forecasting. Your role is critical to driving financial decisions that impact the company's growth and operational efficiency. Your insights will support strategic initiatives and improve financial outcomes across the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to financial analysis, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive process improvements.


About You:
  • Demonstrated TypeS personality traits: self-starter, ethical, curious, hard-working, and proactive
  • Experience in FP&A business partnerships with senior leaders, preferably in a fast-paced environment. This would include (but not be limited to) headcount / workforce planning, bottoms-up planning and forecasting, and strategic expense management.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across various business functions and leadership levels
  • Comfortable making data-driven recommendations amidst ambiguity and business assumptions
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of translating complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with a mastery of Excel


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in financial analysis within a SaaS-based business
  • Proficiency with cloud forecasting tools like Anaplan
  • Advanced degree or MBA degree

The approximate annual base compensation range is $97,500 to $144,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
