Meet The Team:

The Sr Financial Analyst will serve as a key contributor to executive decision making by consolidating monthly results into a synthesized story. This role will play a critical role in leading revenue reporting through consolidation efforts, delivering insightful analytics, and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders to drive informed decision-making.

Where You Come In
  • Lead monthly and quarterly consolidation of the Global Commercial results from all regions into a clear and cohesive story
  • Execute month-end revenue reporting including ASP, Price Volume Mix (PVM) analysis, revenue/volume reporting, and other metrics
  • Prepare executive-level reporting packages such as Executive Management Business Reviews and Supply Operations Package by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analyze revenue trends, variances, and key drivers; provide clear insights to inform executives on current performance relative to historical results and forecasts
  • Partner with the systems team to ensure financial system is up-to-date and accurately mapped
  • Support ad hoc analysis related to strategic growth initiatives
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance automation, and increase reporting efficiency

Experience And Education
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a financial or analytical role

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Suites (Eg. Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion or similar budgeting systems
  • Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Industry experience in medical device, healthcare, or consumer products


Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
