Full Job Description
The Sr. Executive Assistant provides enterprise-level executive partnership to multiple Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and C-suite leaders, operating with a high degree of autonomy, business acumen, and discretion. This role serves as a critical connector across executives, Board members, and key stakeholders, synthesizing complex information, coordinating and preparing Board and executive-level materials, and ensuring messaging, data, and insights are accurate, aligned, and strategically sound. The Sr. Executive Assistant is expected to develop a strong understanding of business priorities, organizational dynamics, and key contributors in order to identify inconsistencies, surface risks, and proactively offer insight. This role also carries direct people management responsibility, providing leadership and development to at least one direct report. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate with confidence in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Function as an Executive Business Partner to multiple SLT and C-suite leaders, applying business acumen, enterprise context, and independent judgment to support strategic priorities and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage highly complex executive calendars, priorities, and competing demands, proactively anticipating needs and resolving conflicts with minimal direction.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across executives, executive assistants, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the organization's strategy, key initiatives, stakeholders, and performance drivers to anticipate executive needs and support effective decision-making.
  • Exercise exceptional judgment and diplomacy when handling sensitive matters, often acting on behalf of executives.
  • Oversee complex executive travel, expenses, and logistics with accountability and adherence to company policy.
  • Prepare executives with agendas, briefings, and talking points to ensure meetings are productive and well-informed.
  • Coordinate, compile, and synthesize materials for Board of Directors and executive leadership meetings, including Board decks, executive presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Partner closely with executives and functional leaders to collect, validate , and integrate data and content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy across materials.
  • Apply a strong understanding of business context to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or potential concerns within executive and Board deliverables and proactively raise them for resolution.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while managing and distributing highly sensitive Board and executive information.
  • Establish and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across executive operations.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a direct report, providing day-to-day guidance, performance feedback, and support for professional growth.
  • Plan and manage catering, events, and executive gatherings for respective executives, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and onsite execution.
  • Maintain regular onsite presence Tuesday and Wednesday each week, with additional availability as business needs require, including during executive visits, Board activities , company events and other times as needed .

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting a VP level executive or above
  • Advanced level of computer proficiency -Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Teams
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Possess a strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle external and internal clients with professionalism and maturity
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization from the C Suite to frontline team members
  • Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with exceptional time management skills
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly, even when taking direction from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, resourceful, and flexible in a fast-paced environment with priorities that consistently change

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting a C suite Executive, strongly preferred
  • Background in Communications, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or other related field, strongly preferred
  • Project management experience preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
