We are seeking an incredibly sharp, driven, and continuous learner for the role of Senior Executive Administrator to our CEO. You believe that being an EA is a powerful career path and are deeply relationship-oriented, understanding the value of building connections not only with the Executive you support but with all team members. Your ability to anticipate needs, intuit team dynamics, and seamlessly step into and out of workflows across the company is crucial. This position demands exceptional organization, communication and administrative assistant skills and reports directly to the CEO. The role is a hybrid/on-site role in San Jose, CA.
- Serve as the CEO's gatekeeper, providing high-level service as a liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, external clients, and internal executive teams.
- Draft and disseminate emails and information on behalf of the CEO both externally and internally.
- Handle sensitive business and confidential information with discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
- Manage and maintain a busy and complex calendar, responding to numerous meeting requests that require frequent re-prioritization. Act as the point person for confirming and communicating any schedule changes.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including creating detailed itineraries.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including lodging and meeting accommodations, for groups large and small.
- Collect and organize data for high-level meetings in the form of reports, charts, and presentations.
- Prepare high-level presentations for clients, Board of Directors, and company meetings.
- Embrace unexpected duties or projects as they arise.
- Act as an ambassador for the CEO with eloquence and poise, both within the company and to external contacts.
- Be available to perform job duties outside of normal business hours when necessary (weekends/evenings). Be available to work different time zones depending on CEO travel.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience as an executive assistant, with at least one position supporting a CEO or similar C-Suite executive.
- Accessibility on nights and weekends and may need to work different time zones. High degree of responsiveness.
- Conduct with highest level of professionalism and must be polished as they will interact with key external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Lookups, Macros, formulas, and graphs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create high-level and sophisticated presentations for the CEO.
- Strong organizational skills, reflecting the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple urgent tasks seamlessly.
- Self-directed with the ability to determine priorities, make decisions, and manage time effectively. Comfortable asking questions and seeking help when needed. Enthusiastic about challenges, adaptable to change, and eager to learn.
- A keen eye for efficiency, constantly engaged in improving results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, then implementing changes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and see projects through to completion.
- Punctual, courteous, professional, and reliable, with good judgment.
- Strong technical competency with Mac OS, Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google apps.
- Actively investigates relevant technology and builds the skills to use it.
- Participation in networking opportunities and professional organizations is a plus.
- An interest in the tech industry and the business community is advantageous.
Compensations Range:
The expected base salary range for this position is between
$128,200.00 - $192,400.00
The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.
In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)
