Strong communication and leadership skills
¿ Collaborate and supervise Sales, Operations, and project management teams at suppliers
¿ Manage and oversee key supply chain KPIs like Cat shortages, supplier performance and Master tracker
¿ Manage and organize level 1 team members in supplier evaluation and recovery efforts ¿ Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
¿ Expertise in interpreting engineering, drawings, digital product definitions, specification, purchase orders, tooling, and other data deemed necessary in order to overseeing the schedule by supplier
¿ Expertise in interpret dimensional tolerances/ functional requirements/CTQs/ Quality plan
¿ Mandate Project Management training per PMI, USA (Project management Institute) guidelines
¿ Manage the suppliers using TechM & customer supplied tools and procedures
¿ Perform supplier capability and capacity assessments and manage actions to closure
¿ Manage the Transfer of Work (ToW) Plan for Every Part(PFEP) for supplier
