8+ years minimum or related experience
Responsibilities- Adhere to our core values and standards.
- Participates in project and client meetings when required.
- Lead technical quality assurance reviews for all major projects.
- Manage and lead electrical engineers, ensuring balanced workload and utilization across projects.
- Provide mentorship to designers and engineers.
- Maintain morale, culture, and professional growth of office staff.
- Responsible for assisting during construction administration phase:
- Review submittals, RFIs, change orders.
- Perform site visits.
- Document and publish observation reports and punch list items.
- Electrical-specific responsibilities
- Document basis of design requirements for project.
- Coordinate building service(s) with power company.
- Perform energy code compliance calculations.
- Ensure that the electrical designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations pertinent to the project.
Skills- A demonstrated aptitude for managing project workloads.
- Expert in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft office and Bluebeam.
- Expert in equipment selection software.
- Expert of industry-standard and local codes.

- Power System Studies - Short Circuit, Coordination, Arc Flash, Reliability, Harmonics
- Neher-McGrath Experience
- MV Design Experience
