Full Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety standards, policies, and practices are up to date and in compliance throughout the distribution network to ensure the safety of all employees, customers and carriers
  • Design strategic plans across distribution networks in order to align with Chamberlain Group's strategic objectives while ensuring alignment across all aspects of the supply chain
  • Manage annual expense budget throughout the distribution network while maintaining safety and quality and delivering objectives
  • Ensure root cause analysis process is executed throughout distribution network in order to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for meeting lean transformation goals across distribution network while evolving with businesses every changing needs
  • Develop annual capital budget across network to ensure equipment and infrastructure are safe and efficient while keeping capital costs at a minimum
  • Ensure compliance to all external certification as well as key contributor to internal certifications throughout distribution facilities
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with key customers in order to create alignment between Chamberlain Group and customers
  • Manage transition of facilities, including location moves and managerial changes
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
  • Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members
  • Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies
  • Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications
  • Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the Chamberlain Group mission, vision and values.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent experience; Black Belt Certification or equivalent knowledge
  • 10-15 years of relevant work experience
  • Manhattan's PKMS or WM I-series experience


Preferred Qualifications
  • APICS Certification; Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Big Box Retail Experience
  • Equivalent size distribution operation experience
  • LSS Black Belt
The pay range for this position is $115,100.00 - $185,600.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
