Senior Director, United States Field Technical Service is responsible for the North American Field Service Organization for the company's Dx Commercial Operation.
Leads a large, geographically dispersed field service organization through a team of senior leaders responsible for service operations, dispatch, and coordination. Accountable for the overall performance and profitability of the service business, while driving customer retention, operational excellence, and long-term growth across a broad customer install base. Maintains executive-level relationships with key customers, leads strategic business reviews, and partners cross-functionally to enhance service delivery, strengthen customer loyalty, and expand business opportunities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Develop strategic goals and objectives that meet the needs of Commercial Business and customers.
- Own and develop service business P&L, allocate resources as required for cost effective results, and work alongside finance counterparts to ensure success.
- Develop and manage revenue growth objectives for areas and territories.
- Implement appropriate customer support strategies, and partner with sales to develop tactical and strategic agreements with customers.
- Prepare and manage the delivery of Service Business Reviews for key customer accounts on predetermined frequency.
- Responsible for the coordination center which acts as the command center of field service, ensuring resolution of customer issues and attaining a cost-effective business approach.
- Participate in corporate strategic and tactical planning processes for service.
The essential requirements of the job include:- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Biomedical, or related field with 20+ years of experience OR Master's/Doctoral degree with 18 plus years of experience
- Proven experience leading complex service organizations, including the management and development of multi-level leadership teams.
- Working knowledge of Field Customer Support, Service Contracting, and all its related sub fields
- Knowledge of the medical diagnostic industry
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:- Medical Laboratory experience

The salary range for this role is $230,000-$290,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
