Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Sr. Director, Sourcing F&B & Hotel Services to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in Parsippany, New Jersey.
The RoleThe Sr. Director, Sourcing - F&B (Food & Beverage) & Services is responsible for the creation and execution of sourcing activities that drive engagement in F&B & Services categories that support WHR's strategic vision and drives hotel profitability. The Sr. Director will lead a category that accounts for nearly 16% of owner needs across the U.S. and Canada. The Sr. Director will oversee the overall F&B & Services vendor relationship management, contract administration, business plan development, conduction of competitive price analysis and negotiations, as well as strategic planning. In addition, they will directly be responsible for driving owner-first support throughout WHR F&B distribution channels, F&B products and Hotel Services. The Sr. Director will also be accountable for developing and deploying programs that deliver increased operating efficiency and profitability for Wyndham and our hotels. The Sr. Director will be crucial in supporting Wyndham owners as well as internal stakeholders in all facets related to F&B & Services, and therefore responsible for guiding the F&B & Services team to build and maintain strong partnerships with internal Wyndham stakeholders, hotel Owners and Operators, as well as with suppliers.
What you'll doFranchisee Support & Engagement:- Ensure effective delivery and quality of F&B distribution/products & Services to Wyndham owner and operators.
- Capitalize on the power of Wyndham's scale to continually seek opportunities to aggregate spend to decrease operating expenses for Wyndham owners and operators.
- Customize F&B & Services programs that improve guest satisfaction and deliver on Wyndham's financial objectives.
- Monitor and analyze engagement of franchisees with F&B & Services approved suppliers and actively work to increase purchasing volumes and compliance.
Financial & Vendor Management:- Audit vendor reporting and internal spend management tools to understand purchasing and compliance trends and document opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with hotel-facing teams such as Franchise Operations, Quality, and Integration on efforts that drive compliance and cost-saving opportunities to hotels.
- Strategically identify and source new F&B & Services partners to further support WHR long term goals and objectives, and to ensure that the most cost-effective products and services are available.
- Monitor the performance of F&B & Services suppliers against contractual standards and competitors and collaborate to achieve continuous improvements in costs and quality to Wyndham owners.
Operational Effectiveness:- Develop and maintain a high performing team (4 associates) who exceed F&B & Services targets, continually elevate their contributions, and are highly respected by corporate, hotel, and the supplier base.
- Interact with multiple levels of leadership in order to prioritize efforts, discuss program updates and/or sourcing obstacles.
- Participate and support other procurement/sourcing projects and Wyndham initiatives across the organization.

Required Qualifications/Experience- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work (Business, Hospitality, etc.).
- Minimum 8 years in an operations or sourcing environment.
- Master's Degree in Business or Hotel Administration desired.

Compensation & BenefitsFor U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $$160,000 - $175,000 annually.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location, background, experience, and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan with a 25% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan.
