The Finance Ops and Pricing Senior Director is responsible for managing the financial operations and pricing strategies of an organization. This role involves overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control functions, as well as developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitiveness. The ideal candidate will lead alignment among cross-functional teams, negotiate to achieve optimal outcomes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Planning and Analysis
oDevelop and manage the company's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
oAnalyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
oMonitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Financial Reporting
oEnsure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
oOversee the reporting of financial results to stakeholders, including executives and board members.
oEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Cost Management
oImplement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
oAnalyze cost structures and recommend strategies to reduce expenses.
oMonitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
• Process Improvement
oIdentify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
oImplement best practices and technologies to enhance financial operations.
oLead initiatives to improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Pricing Strategy Development
oDevelop and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals and market conditions.
oConduct market research to understand competitor pricing and customer preferences.
oAnalyze pricing models to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
• Compliance and Risk Management
oEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
oIdentify and mitigate financial risks to protect the organization's assets.
oOversee internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure data integrity.
• Business Planning and Analytics Lead
oMarket/TAM tracking, forecasting, and reporting (MS/AHAM).
oDA KPI reporting management.
oFuture AI reporting system leadership.
oGeneration of all analytical reports.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
oLead alignment among DA team members (PM, Sales team) and negotiate to achieve optimal outcomes.
oSecure alignment for projects with other supporting groups (BOC, BM, Corporate Finance).
Role and Responsibilities- Proven experience in financial operations and pricing strategy, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
- 14+ years of experience in finance or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
