    • Translate enterprise priorities into structured RevOps initiatives with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics
    • Drive capacity planning and sequencing to ensure focus on highest-impact work
  • Executive Enablement
    • Partner with the VP of RevOps on GTM communications as well as preparation of executive level materials, business cases, and board-ready content
    • Synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear narratives and decision frameworks
    • Ensure the VP is prepared for leadership forums, QBRs, and strategic reviews
  • Program & Initiative Leadership
    • Own execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that span Marketing Ops, GTM Systems, Analytics, Planning, and Sales Operations

    • Enhance forecasting and analytics through incorporation of AI processes
    • Identify risks early and drive resolution across stakeholders
  • Operational Excellence
    • Improve internal RevOps processes, communication flows, and decision-making frameworks
    • Drive excellence in core RevOps functions included Analytics, Planning, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations and Deal Desk
    • Drive accountability through structured reporting and performance management
    • Optimize the workload through carefully orchestrated use of Agentic AI
    • Build lightweight but effective systems to reduce manual oversight by the VP
  • Cross-Functional Influence
    • Act as connective tissue between RevOps and Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Executive Leadership
    • Align stakeholders on tradeoffs, timelines, and outcomes
    • Represent the VP of RevOps in select forums when appropriate
    • Leverage VP of RevOps by serving as a conduit between stakeholders and executive management as requested by the VP of RevOp
  • Player Coach
    • This role requires the candidate to lead work and execute work as both are essential to the success of the candidate in this role
    • Model best practices in real time, demonstrating how to approach situations, solve problems, and navigate complex situations while actively coaching team members alongside the work
    • Provide both strategic guidance and hands-on contribution, allowing the organization to maintain momentum and performance while the team and function continue to mature

What You Bring:
  • 15+ years in Revenue Operations or related operational leadership roles
  • 5+ years in a director role / VP role
  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS of which 3+ are in performance marketing
  • Experience in a key Revenue Operations role with a SaaS based marketplace
  • Fluent in the development of Agentic AI and applications within the Google environment as well as Claude
  • Strong executive presence and verbal and written communication skills
