Senior Director, Pricing Center of Excellence

Build the pricing capability that shapes how an enterprise grows.

This is not simply a senior pricing role-it's an opportunity to build and scale the infrastructure, governance, technology, analytics, and organizational capabilities behind a world-class Pricing Center of Excellence.

Reporting to the VP, Global Pricing, you will define the enterprise pricing strategy and multiyear roadmap while partnering with executive leadership, divisional teams, Finance, Sales, IT, Commercial Operations, and Master Data Management to strengthen price realization, expand margins, improve decision quality, and create greater consistency across the organization.

If you have successfully built or transformed a Pricing COE, introduced pricing technology and advanced analytics, established enterprise governance, or helped elevate pricing from a transactional function to a strategic commercial capability, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Lead
Build and Scale the Pricing Center of Excellence

• Define the vision, strategy, operating model, and multiyear roadmap for the enterprise Pricing Center of Excellence
• Establish pricing governance, decision rights, policies, approval frameworks, and performance standards
• Create scalable enterprise pricing practices while allowing flexibility for divisions, regions, customers, and markets
• Partner with division pricing leaders to embed consistent standards and strengthen pricing capabilities across the organization

Transform Pricing Through Technology, AI and Automation

• Lead the enterprise pricing technology and digital transformation strategy
• Advance pricing software, analytics platforms, AI-enabled decision-support tools, automation, dashboards, models, and reporting
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring activities (price-list management, escalator/de-escalator calculations, concession analysis, margin reporting)
• Improve visibility into price realization, customer profitability, cost movement, margins, and pricing opportunities
• Partner with Corporate Master Data Management to strengthen pricing data governance and create a reliable enterprise source of truth

Shape Enterprise Pricing Strategy

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on pricing strategy, market dynamics, margin performance, customer profitability, and profitable growth opportunities
• Translate complex market, financial, customer, and operational data into clear commercial recommendations
• Develop commercial analytics that enable faster, more informed decisions across the broader commercial organization
• Help leaders identify where pricing can strengthen profitability, improve asset utilization, and support sustainable growth

Lead Enterprise Change

• Partner across Finance, Sales, IT, Commercial Operations, and divisional leadership to implement scalable pricing processes and solutions
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across multiple businesses, locations, and stakeholders
• Drive adoption of disciplined pricing practices through change management, capability development, education, and collaboration
• Develop pricing talent and strengthen pricing expertise across the organization

What You Bring

You are a pricing leader who understands both pricing strategy and the infrastructure required to operationalize it at scale.

You likely bring:

• 12-15+ years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, or related disciplines
• Significant leadership experience within complex, multi-business or multi-site organizations
• Experience building, leading, scaling, or transforming a Pricing Center of Excellence or enterprise pricing capability
• Demonstrated success establishing pricing governance, operating models, processes, decision frameworks, and organizational standards
• Strong expertise in pricing strategy, price realization, margin management, cost-to-serve, customer profitability, and commercial decision-making
• Experience leading pricing technology, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Power BI, plus experience with pricing platforms, CPQ solutions, ERP systems, CRM platforms, data warehouses, or related enterprise technologies
• Ability to translate complex financial and market information into clear actions and measurable business outcomes
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and guide decisions across functions and business units
• Experience leading change across an organization where standardization must be balanced with different commercial models and market requirements

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, data analytics, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
