About the Role:

The Sr. Director, Power & Reliability is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the development and execution of power systems and reliability initiatives across the organization. This role ensures the continuous and efficient delivery of electrical power, maintaining system integrity and minimizing downtime to support business operations. The Sr. Director will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize power infrastructure while aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. They will drive innovation in power management and reliability strategies to enhance operational resilience and sustainability. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization's energy assets and ensuring long-term operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Ten (10) years of progressive experience in power systems engineering, reliability management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a complex operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of power generation, transmission, distribution, and reliability standards.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards such as NERC, IEEE, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or Business Administration.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with renewable energy integration and smart grid technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale power infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with advanced data analytics and reliability modeling tools.
