Why this Role Matters

As our Senior Director, NA Corporate Account Executives, you'll own the growth engine for Litera's North American corporate sales organization. You'll build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of account executives responsible for landing and expanding complex enterprise deals - directly driving the new-business revenue that funds Litera's product innovation and market expansion. This is a high-visibility leadership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, coaching, and execution, and who wants measurable impact on how the legal industry adopts transformative technology.

What You'll Deliver
  • Drive regional new-business revenue targets, ensuring consistent quota attainment across all territories
  • Elevate team performance through hands-on coaching, deal strategy, and structured development that moves reps from good to great
  • Build and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts that leadership can rely on for investment decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Development, Revenue Operations, Client Services, Product, and Marketing to remove friction and accelerate deal velocity
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top sales talent to keep every territory staffed with high-performing account executives
  • Identify and scale repeatable sales motions that shorten cycles and increase average deal size across the corporate segment

We're committed to creating an inclusive environment. If you need accommodations at any point in the process or in the role, we're here to support you.

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling complex solutions into large enterprise accounts using a consultative, strategic approach
  • Proven sales management experience leading quota-carrying teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and mobilize cross-functional resources (pre-sales, post-sales, product, engineering, marketing) without direct authority
  • Self-motivated operator comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Nice-to-Haves:
  • MBA or JD
  • Experience selling into the legal technology or legal services market
  • Inside sales team management experience

  • Global Reach. Partner with teams around the world to solve complex challenges that matter.
