THE ROLE:

The Strategy Lead will drive the execution of Vixxo's New Horizons growth strategy, partnering with functional leaders and business units to translate long-term vision into measurable enterprise value creation. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the CFO, Commercial leadership, Operations, and Technology, this role serves as a strategic Swiss Army knife across the organization, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and growth as Vixxo transforms into an agentic, AI-first facilities management operating system.

This role will be central to operationalizing the New Horizons strategy by owning cross-functional initiatives, establishing and managing performance frameworks, and ensuring visibility into progress at the executive and board level. The Strategy Lead will be both an advocate for the strategy across the organization and a problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, drives ownership, and elevates how Vixxo operates and competes in a rapidly evolving market.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

New Horizons Strategy Execution
  • Partner with Vixxo executive management and business units to drive the execution of Vixxo's New Horizons growth strategy
  • Translate enterprise priorities into quarterly objectives, KPIs, and operational plans that are reported to the board
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives end to end, from problem definition through implementation and measurement
  • Serve as an advocate for the strategy across the organization, building alignment and ensuring follow-through

Market Intelligence & Enterprise Value Creation
  • Conduct regular internal and external market research to inform strategic decisions, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
  • Maintain a pulse on key enterprise metrics, identifying leading and lagging indicators that drive enterprise value creation
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for executive leadership
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to facilities maintenance and operations

Go-To-Market Partnership
  • Partner with the Go-To-Market team to improve processes, metrics, pipeline management, and sales messaging and approach
  • Build and refine performance frameworks across the commercial organization
  • Support sales effectiveness initiatives that translate strategy into pipeline and revenue

Operations & Customer Experience
  • Partner with Operations to ensure Vixxo is measuring the appropriate leading and lagging KPIs across the enterprise
  • Drive accountability for delivering on the Vixxo promise to customers and providing world-class CX
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives informed by customer experience insights and operational data

Product & Technology Strategy
  • Partner with Engineering on the VixxoNow facilities OS vision, supporting product development priorities and roadmap alignment with enterprise strategy
  • Help advise Vixxo's shift to an agentic, AI-first organization, identifying opportunities to embed AI across operations, customer-facing functions, and the facilities OS itself
  • Champion adoption of AI tools and workflows across teams to accelerate productivity and decision-making

New Strategic Business Line Launch
  • Provide strategy and market support for the 0 to 1 launch of a new strategic business line
  • Support hiring, business development, go-to-market strategy, and KPI tracking for the new business
  • Help shape the operating model and performance frameworks as the business scales

Executive & Board Engagement
  • Manage interactions with the Vixxo board, including quarterly board decks and weekly board strategy updates
  • Develop executive materials that track strategic progress, operational performance, and market dynamics
  • Provide ongoing reporting and insights to executive leadership through weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or biz ops in B2B Saas (top-tier consulting or strategy firm experience preferred)
  • Background in private equity, corporate strategy, operations consulting, or similar environments
  • Demonstrated ability to move from analysis to execution and drive cross-functional implementation
  • Experience supporting executive and board-level reporting in a high-growth organization
  • Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, OKRs, and customer experience-driven operations
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and a clear point of view on how AI and agentic workflows are transforming business operations (Claude, Cursor)
  • Experience supporting a new business launch, product development effort, or operating system/platform build preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • In-office work is required Monday through Thursday
  • Some travel, approximately 25%
