Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own the Digital Envelope product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment tobusinesspriorities and client/rep experience goals
  • Act as Product Owner for a dedicated front-end scrum team, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized work
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions

Rep-Assisted Experience Focus

  • Design andoptimizerep-assisted workflows, ensuring a seamless experience across digital and advisor/rep touchpoints
  • Partner with stakeholders across service, operations, and compliance to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs
  • Focus on improving speed, accuracy, and ease-of-use for both internal users and clients

Digital Envelope Product Leadership

  • Drive the evolution of the Digital Envelope experience, including document workflows, client interaction flows, and digital completion journeys
  • Identifyopportunities to simplify and modernize document-driven processes
  • Ensure tight integration with upstream and downstream systemsimpactingthe client journey

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with UX research and analytics to understand user pain points and behavior
  • Engage directly with internal users (reps, service teams) tovalidatesolutions and gather feedback
  • Communicate product priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders

Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Track performance using metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product
  • Identifyand remove blockers to keep the scrum team moving efficiently
  • Support release planning, testing, and go-to-market readiness
What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4 6 years of experience in digital product management or product ownership
  • Documented experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile scrum environment, particularly with front-end teams
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and user stories
  • Proven experience managing product backlogs and prioritization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team (product, design, engineering, operations)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting rep-assisted or service-driven experiences
  • Familiarity with financial services and regulatory environments

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
