HCP & Patient Digital Execution
  • Lead day-to-day HCP and patient digital tactic execution across web, CRM/email, field-enabled digital, and paid media channels; a broad understanding of the HCP landscape is preferred.
  • Own digital launch execution across web and paid media, including content updates, asset handoffs, trafficking, tagging, QA, tracking validation, and go-live readiness.

  • Coordinate end-to-end rep-triggered email execution, including content handoff, Veeva configuration, field deployment, testing/QA, versioning, and coordination with field, brand, and agency teams.
  • Build, configure, and deploy content within Veeva and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring assets are set up and delivered to best-practice standards.

  • Partner with Analytics and Research teams to connect execution to outcomes, ensure approved measurement plans and tracking requirements are implemented, and inform ongoing optimization.
Partnership & Collaboration
  • Manage agency partners with clear direction, feedback, quality oversight, and accountability for timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners, including HCP and Patient brand teams, IT, Patient Support Services, Analytics, and Research teams, to align objectives and deliverables.
