Full Job Description
The Team Lead, Digital Marketing Specialist leads the digital marketing specialists and serves as a key player in developing and executing digital strategies that support Cavco's manufacturing and retail operations. This role bridges strategic planning with day-to-day execution, overseeing websites, campaigns, CRM, retail enablement and partner support, while driving measurable growth in retailer engagement, manufacturing support and lead quality.

You'll work closely with internal marketing leadership, creative and technical teams and external partners to align digital efforts with company goals. The right candidate is both a capable project executor and a data-informed strategist who can translate performance into insights and improvement.
  • Lead and support a growing team of Digital Marketing Specialists; provide coaching, structure and feedback to help them succeed.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that support Cavco's B2B and B2C objectives across multiple regions and product lines.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, retail promotions and event support with creative, web and content teams.
  • Manage website updates and ensure brand pages and retailer microsite are current, on-brand and optimized.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing support for retail and manufacturing partners, ensuring tools, training and reporting are effective and accessible.
  • Analyze campaign performance, website behavior, CRM activity and marketing KPIs to drive optimizations.
  • Maintain CRM and lead tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution and performance reporting.
  • Plan and deliver virtual training sessions, webinars and online demos for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to add value to retail partners via online training, email newsletters and events.
  • Create and present marketing scorecards, reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for growth across digital channels-website/SEO, paid ads, GMB, email and social-and lead ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure digital efforts align with brand standards and sales priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including leadership of people or projects.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing best-practices, CRM and CMS tools, Google Analytics, SEO and digital reporting.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with designers, developers and writers.
  • Excellent project management skills and comfort juggling multiple initiatives at once.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to translate data into clear decisions and next steps.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Experience in the housing, retail, or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms like Asana.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop).
  • Corporate level retail industry experience a plus
