Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Developer, Analytics to join our growing Analytics and Business Intelligence organization. This highly visible role will be responsible for developing and supporting enterprise analytics solutions focused on manufacturing performance, costing, profitability, and operational insights. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Cost Accounting, and Business Leadership teams to deliver scalable data solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Work Location: Hybrid (Redmond, WA or Rosemont, IL)

Travel: Approximately 10-15% travel as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise analytics solutions focused on manufacturing costing, margins, and operational performance.
  • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to business and executive leadership teams.
  • Develop scalable data models, data pipelines, and analytics solutions utilizing Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, SQL, and Delta Lake technologies.
  • Design, build, and maintain ETL processes integrating ERP and other enterprise data sources.
  • Utilize Python and PySpark to automate, optimize, and scale data processing and reporting workflows.
  • Partner with Finance, Cost Accounting, Operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical
  • solutions.
  • Establish and maintain governed data models that support accurate financial reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with BI and data teams to improve data quality, accessibility, performance, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
  • Support enterprise analytics modernization initiatives and contribute to the development of future-state data architecture.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics development, data engineering, business intelligence, or related technical disciplines.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, cost accounting, financial analytics, or operational reporting environments.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX development, and report optimization.
  • Strong SQL development skills, including complex query design, performance tuning, and data transformation.
  • Experience developing ETL processes and enterprise data integration solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, or similar cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency with Python and PySpark for data processing and automation.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and scalable analytics architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Manufacturing, packaging, industrial, or related industry experience preferred.
