  • Analyze rate performance across markets and customer segments to identify where the business is leaving money on the table
  • Design and run A/B and quasi-experimental tests to measure the revenue impact of pricing changes
  • Partner with Pricing, Sales, and Finance to translate model outputs into actionable recommendations
  • Develop robust feature pipelines and model monitoring to ensure pricing recommendations stay accurate over time
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics, with demonstrated impact on a revenue or pricing problem
  • Strong foundation in statistics - you understand when to use a linear model vs. something more complex, and you can defend that choice
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Spark / Databricks a strong plus
  • Experience building and deploying ML models in a production environment
  • Comfort working with messy, real-world transactional data
  • Ability to work independently and drive a problem from ambiguous question to deployed solution

Nice to Have
