Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to support data compliance initiatives across multiple product lines. This role focuses on building and maintaining regulatory reporting outputs. You will partner closely with Analytics, Compliance, and Legal teams to transform complex requirements into accurate, operational reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, building solutions from the ground up, and working cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and compliance.

What You'll Do
• Build and refine SQL-based data logic to support regulatory and compliance reporting.
• Interpret complex compliance requirements and translate them into data workflows.
• Prepare, pull, and validate data for internal review and public reporting.
• Join and reconcile multiple datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Troubleshoot and investigate data mismatches, logic issues, and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain and iterate on the existing reporting framework (currently ~30% complete).
• Document query logic, assumptions, and decisions for future reference.
• Keep records of queries run and rationale for logic used.
• Work backwards from existing notebooks and documentation to identify correct input data.
• Partner with engineers, analytics, and compliance/legal stakeholders to understand upstream systems and ensure correct mapping.
• Adapt reporting approach based on regulatory format changes.
• Proactively surface blockers, ask questions, and coordinate with team members.
