Sr. Cybersecurity Internal Controls Admin Active security clearance required.
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Internal Controls Administrator to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 3 - Cybersecurity. The administrator owns the RMF package lifecycle in eMASS for ALTESS systems, including STIG/ACAS review and POA&M management.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities• Develop and maintain RMF packages in eMASS for ALTESS systems.
• Review ACAS scan results and STIG reports; drive remediation.
• Manage POA&Ms through closure.
• Ensure alignment with DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, and AR 25-2.
Required Qualifications• 10+ years cybersecurity / RMF experience.
• CISSP or equivalent (IAT/IAM per DoD 8140).
• eMASS proficiency and RMF package development.
• ACAS/STIG report review and POA&M management.
• Working knowledge of DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, AR 25-2.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
Desired Qualifications• CAP or CGRC certification.
• Experience supporting Army ATO or cATO processes.
• Familiarity with Xacta or RSA Archer.
