Sr. Cybersecurity Network Defense Admin

Active security clearance required.

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Network Defense Administrator to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 3 - Cybersecurity. The administrator operates ACAS scanning infrastructure per DISA ACAS Best Practices and manages PKI tokens, DISA Whitelist, PPSM, and AESS site reviews.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
• Operate ACAS scanning infrastructure per DISA ACAS Best Practices.
• Serve as AESS Site Reviewer; manage DISA Whitelist submissions.
• Administer PKI tokens and PPSM registrations.
• Drive STIG compliance across network-defense systems.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years cybersecurity / network defense experience.
• Security+, CISSP, or equivalent (IAT/IAM per DoD 8140).
• ACAS infrastructure and scanning per DISA ACAS Best Practices.
• AESS Site Reviewer; DISA Whitelist; PKI Tokens; PPSM; STIG compliance.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Desired Qualifications
• Tenable.sc or Tenable.io advanced experience.
• CCNA Security or Palo Alto PCNSE.
• Prior experience supporting Army enclave boundary defense.
