Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Network Defense Administrator to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 3 - Cybersecurity. The administrator operates ACAS scanning infrastructure per DISA ACAS Best Practices and manages PKI tokens, DISA Whitelist, PPSM, and AESS site reviews.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities• Operate ACAS scanning infrastructure per DISA ACAS Best Practices.
• Serve as AESS Site Reviewer; manage DISA Whitelist submissions.
• Administer PKI tokens and PPSM registrations.
• Drive STIG compliance across network-defense systems.
Required Qualifications• 10+ years cybersecurity / network defense experience.
• Security+, CISSP, or equivalent (IAT/IAM per DoD 8140).
• ACAS infrastructure and scanning per DISA ACAS Best Practices.
• AESS Site Reviewer; DISA Whitelist; PKI Tokens; PPSM; STIG compliance.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
Desired Qualifications• Tenable.sc or Tenable.io advanced experience.
• CCNA Security or Palo Alto PCNSE.
• Prior experience supporting Army enclave boundary defense.
