Job Description

As a Sr CX Training Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to shape the customer experience training strategy and initiatives that will drive our organization's success. Your expertise in instructional design, training methodologies, and leadership will be crucial in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the capabilities of our employees at all levels.

You will report directly to our Sr Customer Experience Training Supervisor and you'll work out of our Mason, OH location on a Remote work schedule.

In this role, you will drive organizational success by elevating customer experience, strengthening employee skills, and fostering a customer-centric culture. Lead instructor-led training programs based on technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, with a primary focus on industrial maintenance professionals in material handling. Continuously assess and update training curricula, and deliver safety and operational best practices. Emphasis on material handling systems, controls, and automation.

The salary range for this position is ($84,000.00 - $105,000.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

  • Extensive knowledge and working experience in industrial material handling, maintenance and operations environments
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking to an audience
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 70%

  • Experience in PLC, VFD, HMI, industrial communication/networking systems, and electrical systems
