We9re seeking a Senior Consultant in Atlanta to serve in our Change Management Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.to reality by taking a pragmatic and practical approach to build solutions that last.

SUMMARY:

This position assumes responsibility for all aspects of Change Management. Working within our change strategy and framework to deliver amazing outcomes for our clients.

YOU WILL:
  • Use knowledge and effective change management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams.
  • Own Change Plans, Strategy and Delivery.
  • Drive readiness through assessments and training.
  • Monitor Adoption and Mitigate risk.
  • Manage own activities and those of team members to deliver desired business outcomes.
  • Focus on quality completion of deliverables.
  • Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged member of the team.
  • Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with existing clients.
  • Establish positive relationships with clients and peers that build credibility, foster your support network and empower career development.

IDEALLY, WE9D LIKE:
  • 3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
  • Large scale transformation and change management experience.
  • Ideally prior experience delivering on change projects within the life sciences sector.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
  • An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives, and the community at large.
  • Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
  • The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.
  • A bachelor9s degree from an accredited college/university. A master9s degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
