Legal & Compliance - Compliance - P4 - CAN
What you'll be doing
• Lead complex compliance initiatives such as risk assessments, monitoring program design, and remediation planning for high-impact areas
• Develop and refine compliance controls, testing approaches, and reporting frameworks to strengthen program effectiveness
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve escalated compliance issues and drive sustainable corrective actions
• Prepare executive-ready materials summarizing compliance risks, regulatory implications, and mitigation plans
• Support audit readiness through strong documentation, evidence standards, and control governance practices
• Provide guidance and quality review for junior team members to strengthen analytical rigor and execution
