Role SummaryDevelops customized communications plans and implements strategies to market and communicate T. Rowe Price's products, services and/or client features to drive engagement and value-realization. Plan size, project scope, or client impact are typically moderate/complex in scale. Accountable for overall satisfaction, retention, and development in the areas of client marketing and communication. Deepens relationships by understanding the clients' needs and delivering relevant communications solutions as a differentiated service.
Responsibilities- Accountable for the overall client communications and participant experience for an assigned group of large plans or for an assigned list of client firms. Focus is on ensuring satisfaction with the client experience with a goal of client retention. Partners with relationship managers to understand needs of each client and demonstrates a strong understanding of client needs, plan health, and overall plan or client firm-level data to influence solutions adopt proposed strategies.
- Develops and leads a participant communications engagement strategy with large clients that is clear, consistent, and educational and drives action in line with the client's business goals. Maintains the plan throughout the project and adjusts accordingly based on client feedback and timing. May introduce new and innovative project process/implementation methods to support client needs.
- Leads communications presentations to client boards or investment committees. Utilizes client firm or plan and participant data to translate trends into strategies and solutions that are aligned with the client's business goals. Strategies may be tailored to specific client needs and are also in alignment with T. Rowe Price best practices with a goal of strengthening participant engagement.
- Leads the development of customized marketing and communication materials for large plans. This includes working with internal and external contacts and partners (creative resources, participant experience team, social media vendor) to project manage the work and ensure the execution is in line with the plan laid out. Presents custom concepts and strategies to the client and engages in an iterative review process to finalize campaign materials.
Qualifications
Required:- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:- Retirement industry knowledge.
- Previous retirement communications support or related marketing experience.

$79,500.00 - $136,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$87,500.00 - $149,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$97,500.00 - $166,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
