Full Job Description
The Sr. Comms Manager, Postpaid will build and lead the PR strategy around T-Mobile's postpaid offerings. This means building campaigns, going deep as the subject matter expert, collaborating closely with marketing and business stakeholders, external business and agency partners, developing and executing programs and strategic communications that drive meaningful earned media with a broad range of audiences. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, this role translates business priorities into compelling stories that advance T-Mobile's differentiated value and experience narrative with media. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can collaborate or work independently and will bring (and execute!) bold, break-through ideas. ** This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days week in the office. This position may be located in Bellevue, WA ** Job Responsibilities: - Lead communications strategy and execution for T-Mobile's postpaid offerings, including benefits and other key differentiators. - Create and execute bold storytelling ideas, opportunities and earned media strategies that break through with consumer and tech media, generate buzz-worthy coverage, and reinforce T-Mobile's leadership position. - Partner closely with business, marketing, partner and brand teams to identify opportunities, leverage data and insights, align messaging, and deliver integrated campaigns that drive measurable impact. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing forward bold storytelling opportunities that advance business priorities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and key internal stakeholders. - Pinch hit on a wide variety of projects for the team and in lock-step with our agency resources. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
