Full Job Description
T-Mobile Fiber is scaling fast, and winning at the local level is what enables us to scale nationally. We're looking for a Sr Commercial Marketing Manager, Local Offers & Playbook to be the connective tissue between our national Fiber Acquisition strategy and what actually happens, market by market, on the ground. You'll own the operational engine that keeps our go-to-market work moving - managing intake and execution - while also rolling up your sleeves with the Fiber Acquisition Team to shape offer ideas built for specific local markets. This role is part program manager, part strategist - equal parts organized and creative. You'll bring order to a fast-moving intake pipeline and bring sharp local-market thinking to offer ideation that helps Fiber win block by block, market by market. This is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days per week in-office. Job Responsibilities: • GTM & Program Management: Own the system of record for T-Fiber's local GTM work - managing intake, prioritization, timelines, and status across every active market initiative. • Lead offer planning and strategy for T-Mobile Fiber, developing pricing, promotions, and product positioning that align with business goals. • Assist partners in the annual and quarterly planning cycles. • Assess business models and make data-informed decisions, maintaining offers and tactics through their natural lifecycle. • Develop and maintain a local offers playbook enabling delivery of local targets, tracking financial performance, lift and market reception. • Be the single point of accountability for how requests move from ask to execution, keeping cross-functional partners aligned on scope, owners, and deadlines. • Local Offer Ideation: Partner directly with the Fiber Acquisition Team and the Regional Team to develop offer concepts tailored to specific fiber markets - using local competitive dynamics, penetration data, and consumer insights to shape ideas, not just support someone else's. • Help translate hyper-local market conditions (mature market revitalization, competitive incursions, seasonal/tentpole moments) into targeted offer and promotional recommendations. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across Marketing, Product, Pricing, Analytics, and Channel teams to socialize local offer ideas, gather input, and drive them toward a decision. • Serve as a trusted liaison between the T-Fiber team and broader Commercial Marketing, ensuring local-market needs are represented in national planning conversations. • Reporting & Visibility: Provide regular, clear status reporting to leadership on the local GTM pipeline, offer ideation progress, and intake volume/health. • Process Improvement: Spot friction in the intake-to-execution process and drive continual improvements on how we plan and track work. Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: • GTM Operations: Own intake management, prioritization frameworks, workflow hygiene, and reporting. • Local Offer Ideation: Supporting the Fiber Acquisition Team with market-specific offer concepts, pricing/promotion ideas, and positioning at the local level. • Playbook Management: Grow, track and maintain a living playbook of successful tactics and offers by market prototypes. • Execution Discipline: Keeping a fast-moving, multi-market pipeline of work organized, visible, and moving toward outcomes. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience • 7+ years of experience in marketing, GTM, program/project management, or offer strategy, ideally within telecom, broadband, fiber, or a related fast-paced consumer industry. • Hands-on experience managing intake and workflows in Asana or a comparable project/work management tool. • A track record of juggling multiple concurrent workstreams across markets or regions without losing sight of the details. • Comfort contributing real ideas to offer and promotional strategy - this is an ideation partner role, not just a tracker of other people's work. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to build trust quickly with Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Channel partners. • Clear, concise communication skills, written and verbal, including comfort presenting status and recommendations to leadership. • Background supporting local or regional marketing strategy preferred. • Exposure to offer/pricing modeling or promotional strategy work preferred. • Must be at least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
