Position SummaryAs the Senior Integrated Campaign Manager, Higher Education, you'll serve as the strategic marketing lead for one of our core growth verticals. If you excel at turning market insight into full-funnel campaign strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and building programs that directly increase pipeline velocity, this role is built for you.How You'll ContributeIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Own Vertical Campaign Strategy: You will build multi-quarter, integrated campaign strategies that support new-logo acquisition, customer expansion, and competitive displacement across Higher Education institutions.
- Architect Full-Funnel Campaigns: You will design, launch, and measure integrated programs spanning email, webinars, paid media, digital campaigns, field events, and outbound SDR sequences.
- Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: You will partner with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, RevOps, and agency partners to align messaging, lead handoff SLAs, and target account penetration strategies.
- Author Strategic Copy and Briefs: You will set the standard for campaign copy, messaging frameworks, and creative briefs for email programs, landing pages, and promotion assets.
- Own the Scorecard: You will govern the Higher Education campaign scorecard, tracking sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency, and present findings to executive leadership.
- Set Team Standards: You will build the brief templates and messaging standards the campaign team plans and executes against, and partner with regional campaign managers to adapt Higher Education strategy for buying norms outside the U.S.
- Track the Market: You will monitor shifts in the Higher Education competitive field and buying patterns continuously, adjusting campaign timing and messaging as they change rather than waiting for the next quarterly plan.
- Scale AI Innovation: You will build and share repeatable AI workflows across the team to accelerate audience research, campaign drafting, and funnel performance analysis.
What Success Looks Like - Within 3 Months: You will have mapped the Higher Education buyer's evaluation path by role, launched your first integrated campaign, and established a baseline vertical pipeline scorecard for leadership. .
- Within 6 Months: You will have optimized multi-channel campaign performance, improved MQL-to-SQO conversion velocity, and deployed standardized AI workflows across the marketing team.
- Within 1 Year: You will have established a high-performing Higher Education demand engine that consistently meets annual pipeline, win-rate, and ROI benchmarks.
- Your Legacy: You will have built the vertical campaign framework and data model the team uses as the blueprint for GTM execution across all markets.

The Foundation for Success- Experience: 8+ years of demand generation or integrated marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with direct ownership of a vertical market or enterprise segment.
- Strategic Campaign Design: A proven history of building and executing complex, multi-touch campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- MarTech Mastery: Advanced proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRMs (Salesforce), including multi-touch attribution and workflow automation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional working groups, influence stakeholders, and direct agency partners without direct authority.
- Analytical Capability: Expertise in analyzing multi-touch funnel data, diagnosing conversion friction, and presenting strategic recommendations to executive teams.
- Modern Marketing Toolkit: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, research personas, and analyze performance data.

- Experience running competitive displacement programs against entrenched incumbents.

$140,000 - $150,000 USD per year. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
