Senior Commercial AnalystOur Financial Analyst should meet the following qualifications:- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity Experience interfacing at all levels throughout an organization; private sector experience required
- Experience with job costing ERP system

Essential Functions:- Assist the Finance Director and other accounting and finance departments in implementing strong processes, systems, and procedures to drive efficiencies and high-quality financial reporting
- Collaborate cross functionally with other teams (IT, accounting and finance, etc.) in system and process implementation projects
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Site level financial support to operations (to include reporting, financial variances, and cost expectations)
- Conduct evaluations for cost reduction opportunities with site level variance reviews
- Monthly analysis of current month results as well as forward looking forecast to include a gap closing plan if necessary
- Assist Finance Director with the budget, estimate and forecasting processes by formulating strategic and long-term business plans
- Support global requests and reporting
- Prepare and present client facing documentation, monthly governance results and required reporting
- Support accounts as primary financial client liaison, as part of the ongoing client partnership
- Client ad-hoc requests including detailed data requests and pricing
- Support audit requests
- Ensure compliance to accounting standards
- Special projects as needed
