Experience with Master-Master and channel based replication including filter definitions and namespace conflict resolution.
Expert-level knowledge of DML optimization/benchmarking for OLAP and OLTP, tuning and debugging including the ability to read and explain the output of "show engine innodb status;" and working knowledge of admin tools such as monyog.
The ability to create and manage cloud resources using terraform, chef, consul, python and json
