Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:

Under minimal supervision, the Sr Clin Research Coord (Non-RN) provides a variety of functions in support of the Research practices in the department/area. In addition to having mastered the competencies of the intermediate CRC, the senior CRC demonstrates advanced skills and knowledge along with the ability to support, guide, train, demonstrate or lead study team members in the implementation or study related activities. The senior CRC applies critical thinking and creative problem solving skills across a wide variety of clinical studies. The senior CRC contributes to the development of new processes, procedures, tools, and training to enhance clinical research activities across the competency domains and conducts quality assurance / quality control checks of the work of others. The senior level CRC continues to build on their competency foundation by making greater investments in their ongoing continuing education and professional development. Key behavioral competency descriptors include: Design, demonstrate, develop, evaluate, lead, guide

and support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

5 Years of Experience

Clinical Research Certification through ACRP or SoCRA (or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree

Bilingual, depending on study population

The current salary range for this position is $37.63 to $51.75
