Full Job Description
Sr Clinical Performance Excellence Manager (Project Management)

Oncology experience strongly preferred.

Location: Fox Chase Cancer Center

Acts as a steward of the Clinical project improvement initiative. Identifies process improvement opportunities and leads, manages and executes clinical focused initiatives from conception through completion. Builds people capabilities to ensure the continuous evolution of the principle of process management and techniques, using Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques to reduce clinical practice variations and reduction is delays by waste identification and elimination. Leads and facilitates continuous improvement redesign initiatives with clinical and non-clinical staff to standardize practices and successfully implement and sustain change.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field Required
Master's Degree Preferred

Experience
3 years experience working in a clinical setting Required
General Experience leading large cross-functional teams to successful outcomes Required
General Experience Previous experience in Data Analytics Required
3 years experience leading and executing process improvement projects using traditional methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, PDCA) Preferred

Licenses
PA Registered Nurse License Preferred
Multi State Compact RN License Preferred Or
