Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Client Growth, the Client Relationship Lead will be instrumental in identifying and supporting opportunities to meet changing client needs and ensuring an exceptional Client Experience. This individual will serve as a central liaison and go-to resource for select clients and their relationship partners and other attorneys.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with relationship partners and business development colleagues to develop and execute on key priorities and action items for clients.
  • Serve as liaison between relationship partners, attorneys, and Strategy & Marketing team to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and proactive support for clients.
  • Identify and support opportunities to expand client engagement across practices, industries, and geographies.
  • Help develop and nurture strategic client relationships.
  • Analyze client trends to inform strategies and proactively suggest ideas.
  • Support planning and execution of client meetings, events, and annual planning.
  • Facilitate follow-up actions to ensure accountability and sustained momentum.
  • Proactively identify service gaps and risks.
  • Help strengthen and differentiate the client experience.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic client development, key account management, business development, or related functions within a law firm or comparable professional services environment
  • Demonstrated success supporting revenue growth initiatives and client expansion strategies within complex, relationship-driven organizations
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience analyzing revenue trends, client performance metrics, and growth opportunities
  • Proven ability to build credibility and work effectively with senior partners, practice leaders, and executive stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management, organizational, and operational coordination skills
  • Strategic, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and execute on business development opportunities.
  • Executive presence with strong influence and relationship management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The expected salary range for this position is $175k - $225k.  Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographic location.
