Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in creating strategies for clients as it pertains to their employee benefits program including Benefits, Compliance, HR Policies, Employee Communication and Engagement, and Payroll and Benefits Administration
Co-manage the entire client service experience and creating relationships with different members of our clients' teams
Troubleshoot day-to-day client and vendor related service items
Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers, producers, and company personnel
Assists (when needed) with Marketing new business for both new and existing accounts and summarize the analysis of proposals to help define any plan changes
Coordinates renewals or changes with carriers for current accounts
Reviews Policies for accuracy and completeness
Improves insurance skills and knowledge by seeking out educational opportunities
Education/Experience
