The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Corporate Systems) contributes to Carenet by transforming business needs into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen user experience, and enable measurable business outcomes. Through analysis, process improvement, and technology enablement, the role helps ensure investments deliver operational value and support organizational growth.

  • Lead requirements discovery and document business needs through user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and solution artifacts.
  • Rapidly develop business and application knowledge to evaluate opportunities and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
  • Analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, automation opportunities, and business improvements.
  • Evaluate existing systems, integrations, configurations, and workflows to recommend enhancements that improve performance and user experience.
  • Translate business objectives into sustainable solution approaches while balancing usability, cost, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions to clarify requirements, establish priorities, and support decision-making.
  • Partner with Solution Managers, developers, architects, administrators, and application owners throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Validate delivered solutions through participation in testing activities including UAT, functional validation, integration testing, and production readiness reviews.
  • Analyze data, workflows, and operational metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support enhancement and optimization of enterprise platforms including CRM, HRIS, workflow, reporting, and operational systems.
  • Drive adoption and business readiness activities by supporting solution communication, process alignment, and transition planning.
  • Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and progress while providing clear updates and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Represent Solution Delivery as a trusted advisor and provide recommendations that maximize business value across competing priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions to improve alignment and decision quality.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in information technology, including at least three (3) years in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Product Analysis, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business domains, technologies, applications, and operating environments.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, solution delivery lifecycle practices, and enterprise application environments.
  • Experience gathering requirements and producing business analysis artifacts including process maps, user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Experience evaluating business processes and translating opportunities into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, HRIS platforms (UKG, Workday, or similar), CRM tools, workflow applications, or SaaS business systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting integrations, APIs, data flows, reporting structures, and cross-system dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of configurable enterprise applications and custom-developed solutions.
  • Experience participating in Agile delivery models and supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and solution reviews.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
