JOB TITLE: Sr. Business Process & Strategy Management Analyst

JOB DUTIES:

Responsible for process design and standardization, KPI tracking, strategy execution, cross-border coordination, data-driven analysis and improvement, and process training to enhance enterprise efficiency, governance, and scalable growth. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Perform enterprise-level business process analysis and lead the design, standardization, and optimization of end-to-end business processes across multiple functional domains using structured process architecture frameworks and centralized process management platforms, applying process optimization using industrial engineering principles. Establish, refine, and maintain process governance and standardization frameworks using Hisense's process platform HiPROS, including formalized standard operating procedure (SOP) development, enterprise process hierarchies, and documentation standards to ensure operational consistency, compliance, and scalability. Assess process and strategy execution maturity and operational effectiveness through structured KPI design and performance measurement, detailed variance analysis, and performance tracking methodologies using Hisense Global Commercial Center Big Data platform, MySQL, Microsoft Excel and Power BI to support data-driven operational improvement. Drive structured strategy execution monitoring by decomposing strategic themes into measurable initiatives and KPIs, designing execution tracking dashboards, and preparing structured management reports to monitor progress and identify performance gaps. Partner with IT solution teams and functional stakeholders to analyze process-system interactions, document business requirements, and support implementation of system-enabled process improvements aligned with enterprise strategy. Lead cross-functional process optimization initiatives utilizing root cause analysis, gap assessment, and impact-based prioritization techniques to enhance cost efficiency, process reliability, and execution effectiveness. Facilitate cross-functional, cross-regional coordination and cross-border operations, to align U.S.-based and China-based teams on strategic initiatives, governance standards, and operational execution. Deliver structured leadership updates through management reporting and executive presentation preparation, including executive-level reports, performance dashboards, and analytical summaries. Develop detailed operational manuals and procedural documentation and deliver structured process enablement training sessions and instructional presentations to support standardized adoption of new forms, reports, procedures, and systems in alignment with established process governance and standardization frameworks. Maintain comprehensive documentation of process architecture, governance standards, execution tracking models, and improvement initiatives to support transparency, audit readiness, and leadership oversight.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Business, or a closely related field, plus minimum One year of post-baccalaureate experience working as an Industrial Engineer, Business Analyst, Management Analyst, or a closely related position. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. We will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience. Experience should include minimum one year of working on business process analysis; process optimization; process governance and standardization frameworks; SOP development; variance analysis; strategy execution monitoring; root cause analysis; cross-functional; cross-regional coordination; cross-border operations; management reporting; executive presentation preparation; working with Power BI.
