The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

Store Experience means you're on a mission to create better store experiences for our guest while maximizing sales. You will lead process enhancements and partner to develop new product solutions that drive efficiencies.
As a
Store Experience Operations Senior Business Partner, you'll partner with and manage cross-functional project teams in Space, Presentation & Transitions, Assortment Planning, Merchandising, Store Design, Marketing, Store Operations and Non-Retail Procurement from strategy to execution to achieve an inspiring and convenient in-store guest experience. We'll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development to help you grow.
You will play a critical role in operationalizing and improving Target's operations in 4 key ways:
- Program Development: Partner with cross-functional team members from across the organization to establish strategies and procedures to improve execution and implementation of Store Experience priorities. Develop and maintain relationships with Store Experience leaders and partners across the enterprise.
- Program Management: Lead planning, executing, and implementing new VM processes; represent VM within enterprise CFTs; develop timeline milestones with clear criteria to optimize the guest store experience.
- Operational Excellence: Support operational excellence, ensuring Store Experience delivers on time and quality store presentation.
- Performance Management: Partner with Product, Data Science, and TII SPT Teams to develop routine progress and performance measures, dashboards, and updates to drive accountability, identify opportunity areas and drive continuous improvement.
About you:- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years previous retail or operations experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement
- Analytical acumen-demonstrated ability to deep dive data, extract insights and provide guidance on actions
- Bias for action - ability to drive progress across cross-functional teams
- Ability to build relationships and effectively influence without authority
- Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
- 2+ years of Visual Merchandising/Print Production experience preferred
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
