IMPORTANT: This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

In this role, you will engage with key customers and stakeholders to understand complex mission requirements, identify innovative solutions, and support the development of strategic growth opportunities. You will work closely with technical, operational, and business teams to help shape customer requirements and align Honeywell capabilities to evolving needs.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, building trusted relationships, and supporting initiatives from concept development through implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key government and commercial stakeholders
  • Identify customer requirements and develop strategies to address emerging needs
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to align capabilities with customer priorities
  • Support new business pursuits, opportunity development, and customer engagement activities
  • Contribute to concept development, strategic planning, and solution implementation efforts
  • Represent Honeywell during customer meetings, industry engagements, and business development activities

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, program support, customer engagement, government relations, or related fields
  • Experience supporting government customers and mission-focused organizations
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted customer relationships
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
