Full Job Description
Do you take ownership, stay curious, and perform at your best in dynamic, fast-moving environments? This role is ideal for someone who independently identifies priorities, brings structure to complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes at the leadership level.

Citi is looking for an experienced business & planning manager to lead the core business routines and operational rhythm that keeps the Client Organization and Citi Ventures running at its best. In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination for planning cycles, executive reporting, and leadership engagement - translating business complexity into clarity for senior stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, offering direct impact on how leadership teams operate and make decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end business management processes for the Client Organization and Citi Ventures, ensuring planning cycles and operational routines are delivered with consistency and quality.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews (QBRs), town halls, off-sites, and on-sites - managing logistics, content preparation, and stakeholder alignment from start to finish.
• Produce executive-ready materials, including briefings, presentations, and planning documents, prepared to the standard required for senior leadership review.
• Review and consolidate business inputs across reporting and planning deliverables, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and timely delivery to leadership.
• Drive improvements across administrative, operational, and reporting processes by partnering with internal teams to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Manage workforce planning accuracy, including headcount tracking, real estate inventory, and the onboarding and offboarding of resources.
• Partner with technology and business leadership to support people and communications strategies across the department.
• Maintain a strong control environment by identifying and escalating risk issues with transparency, ensuring all business decisions reflect sound judgment and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Recommended Qualifications:
• 10 or more years of experience in financial services, with a demonstrated track record of operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience managing business management or chief-of-staff functions within a global organization, including planning, reporting, and executive communications.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, concise outputs suitable for senior leadership audiences.
• Skilled at coordinating across teams with varying priorities, managing competing deadlines without loss of quality or accuracy.
• Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different levels of seniority.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively under pressure in fast-paced, time-sensitive settings.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
