Full Job Description
What you would be taking on

This is an opportunity to get into healthcare technology and work at a fast pace, using AI to speed up how we design, build and deliver.

In this role, you would be the person who makes sure we build the right thing the first time. You would connect the business and technology teams across our enterprise applications, with Salesforce at the center. You would lead requirements, process analysis and backlog management across Salesforce, Zuora, Kantata, Gainsight, Marketing Cloud and Boomi integrations. We are looking for a strong analyst first: someone with deep Salesforce experience who applies the same approach to any system.

What you will do
  • Manage the intake of business requests: clarify the problem, define scope, assess business value and prepare the work for the delivery backlog.
  • Run requirements sessions with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Professional Services, Customer Success and Marketing.
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes, and identify gaps, risks and improvements.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows in Jira, and maintain supporting documentation in Confluence.
  • Own backlog readiness. Make sure work is well-defined, prioritized and ready before sprint planning.
  • Take part in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Work with developers, admins and QA through delivery. Answer requirements questions, support testing and confirm solutions meet acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze cross-system processes and data flows, such as quote-to-cash, professional services delivery and customer lifecycle, across Salesforce, Zuora, Kantata, Gainsight and Boomi integrations.
  • Help prioritize work by bringing data, business impact and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
  • Set and maintain requirements and documentation standards. Guide stakeholders and other contributors to follow them.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels. Push back constructively on incomplete, conflicting or low-value requests.
  • Support user acceptance testing, release communications and change management.

What we need

All of these are required:
  • 4+ years of business analysis experience with enterprise business applications.
  • 3+ of hands-on business analysis on Salesforce, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or CPQ.
  • Proven ability to apply business analysis skills across multiple platforms and quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong experience in Agile Scrum environments, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation, such as BPMN, swimlane diagrams, Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.

What helps
  • Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification.
  • Experience with Zuora, Kantata, Gainsight, Marketing Cloud or other SaaS business applications.
  • Understanding of integration concepts and middleware, such as Boomi or MuleSoft, including data mapping and system dependencies.
  • Experience with quote-to-cash, revenue operations, professional services or customer success processes.
  • Basic SQL or reporting skills for data analysis.
  • Healthcare technology or regulated-industry experience.
  • CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
