• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
• Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed solutions
• Ensure compatibility and interoperability of existing systems and new proposed tools/applications
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of solutions to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions
• Conduct technology solution research to satisfy user requirements and justify recommendations.
• Keep industry current in new technologies that may streamline current processes
• Utilize best practices and out-of-box functionality to solutions and integrated applications to reduce costs and improve overall adoption.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with existing or concurrent projects
• Ensure alignment and support of all critical solutions relative to security and data privacy policies and standards inclusive of accessibility, vulnerability and website inventory management

• Working history of change management and process improvement
• Experience in integrating new acquisitions into current solutions
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to communicate and translate requirements effectively between business areas and the IT organization

• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
