• Previous management or operational experience in dispatch and dock settings, ideally in LTL.

• Proficient in technology and multitasking while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and listening contexts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations within assigned terminal section.
• Manage the loading process and forklift traffic effectively.
• Ensure correct loading by monitoring trailer cube and weight.
• Provide leadership and accountability to dock staff and drivers.
• Monitor production to achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
• Track working hours and manage overtime effectively.
• Maintain compliance with DOT and OSHA safety standards.
• Support operational model compliance and foster service excellence.
