Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development. 3. Deep knowledge of multiple programming languages, software architecture, and design principles. 4. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. 2. Professional certifications in cloud, reliability, observability, or software engineering disciplines such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP), Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or equivalent. 3. Expertise in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, microservices, container orchestration, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), observability platforms, and resiliency engineering practices. 4. Solid experience with Agile delivery frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, deployment automation, and engineering practices that improve reliability, scalability, and operational effectiveness. 5. Demonstrated experience implementing observability solutions utilizing telemetry, logging, monitoring, distributed tracing, and operational analytics to improve service health, operational visibility, and incident response effectiveness. 6. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, identify recurring patterns, and recommend long-term improvements that enhance system stability and reliability. 7. Experience developing automation solutions, operational tooling, AI-enabled engineering capabilities, or intelligent workflows that improve incident response, operational insights, service restoration, or engineering productivity. 8. Solid understanding of application architecture, infrastructure architecture, deployment pipelines, system dependencies, capacity management, performance optimization, and recovery strategies within complex enterprise environments. 9. Demonstrated success leading large-scale technical initiatives focused on reliability, service resilience, operational excellence, technology restoration, or continuous improvement within a business or technology domain. 10. Strong communication and technical leadership skills with the ability to partner effectively across engineering teams, mentor junior engineers, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and translate operational findings into actionable recommendations.
