About the team and role:Parts & Accessories (P&A) is one of the most strategic and largest categories within eBay. The US represents eBay's largest P&A market globally and is a critical driver of long-term growth.
Senior Associate, Strategic Initiatives, US P&A will report to and partner closely with the GM, US Parts & Accessories, to drive growth for eBay's P&A business in the US. This individual will own some of the most critical initiatives in the US business through dotted-line and matrix leadership.
The role demands a dual approach: a strategic leader who understands two-sided marketplaces and breaks down complex problems clearly. This leader operates well in ambiguity and has strong data intuition. It also needs an operator who moves quickly, decisively, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What you will accomplish:- Identify and execute opportunities across the P&A business
- Drive progress against milestones for key strategic initiatives
- Create operational consistency, processes, and alignment across the portfolio
- Establish processes and guardrails to ensure operational success
- Build and own executive-ready presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners; ensure alignment with other teams

Requirements- 3+ years of related experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategy role at a major corporation
- Strong SQL proficiency preferred
- Interest and/or experience in Motors and e-commerce a plus, but not required
- BA/BS required, MBA or similar graduate degree preferred
Additional DetailsThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$107,200 - $143,100
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
