Full Job Description

We're looking for a creative and organized Sr. Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team, where you'll play a meaningful role in keeping our organization connected, informed, and engaged. This is a dynamic position that blends internal communications, event planning, and culture programming — perfect for someone who loves bringing people together and creating experiences that make a team feel like a community.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Culture & Engagement — You'll design and execute culture programming, team activities, and recognition moments that reflect the spirit of the M&C organization. As part of this work, you'll also serve as M&C's liaison to the enterprise culture team, staying close to company-wide initiatives and finding meaningful ways to bring them to life within our team.
  • Events & Leadership Meetings — You'll own the planning and execution of key M&C gatherings, including monthly all hands meetings, town halls, and ELT offsites. That means managing logistics, building run-of-show documents, collaborating with leaders on content and messaging, and ensuring each event is engaging, well-organized, and runs smoothly.
  • Internal Communications — You'll support internal communications efforts that keep the M&C team informed and aligned, helping craft messaging that is clear, timely, and on-brand.

Base Pay Range: $66,700/yr - $94,600/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
